Old Bay seasoned garlic edamame

Ingredients: (2~4)

fresh edamame………..1lb

lime………………………1

old bay seasoning………1tb

garlic……………………..2 cloves

olive oil…………………..2 table spoon

salt!

Direction:

1. rinse fresh edamame well.

2. put rinsed edamame in a bowl and massage them with 1 table spoon of salt well.

3. bring a big pot of water to boil and boil edamame for 3 minutes

4. drain and put it aside

5. put olive oil and minced garlic in a pan and turn on the heat

6. as soon as small bubbles start to appear around garlic, put cooked edamame and stir well

7. add old bay seasoning and stir for another 30 seconds. Turn off the heat an taste one to see the seasoning.

8. If more salt is needed, add accordingly.

9. Serve with lime wedges.
